MAL is delivering the steelwork for over 240,000 Sq/Ft of Industrial / Warehousing at Pantheon Park in Wolverhampton.

£20M New Build Worcester 6

MAL are providing the steelwork to a third building at the Worcester 6 Development.  The 205,000 Sq/Ft Building is being delivered on a design & build basis with Main Contractor Benniman Construction Limited.

Swan Valley Industrial / Warehouse Unit

Swan Valley extends to approximately 210 acres benefiting from consent for 2,100,000 sq ft of B1/B2/B8, a hotel and ancillary accommodation.  MAL are providing the steelwork for Plot 420 on a Design & Build basis.

New 130,000 Sq/Ft Distribution Centre Central Park Bristol

MAL has been awarded the steelwork  for the design & build of a new 130,000 Sq/Ft Distribution Centre at Sevenside Central Park Bristol. The scheme consists of a new three span portal with a clear height to underside to haunch of 15m, also integral offices.
