MA Steel are pleased to be working with Simons Construction Ltd on the new 96,000 Sq/Ft development consisting of four new industrial units at Endeavour Drive in Basildon.
MAL are pleased to have secured a further project with A & H Construction & Developments for the delivery of the steelwork to a new 240,000 Sq/Ft Warehouse / Industrial Unit in Ashby De La Zouch.
MA Steel have secured the next Phase of work at Wellesbourne Distribution Park, which consists of two Units which will generate over 117,000 Sq/ft of new floor space.
MA Steel have been awarded the steelwork, metal decking & pre cast stairs to form the new Library at Edge Hill University. The Library is part of the Universities £36 million development and consists of over 850 Tonne’s of steel & 6,700M2 of Metal Decking.
MA Steel have secured a further new Lidl Store, this time the type 14 store is regenerating the Hempshaw Lane area of Stockport.
MA Steel are pleased to have secured a second project with Chalcroft Construction for the design & build of two new stores for The Range plus B&M.
After the successful delivery of the new Lidl Store in Royton, MA Steel are looking forward to working on the next two stores in Harpurhey and also Gainsborough.
Following on from the successful Project at Gatwick 55, MA Steel are pleased to be working again with Marbank Construction on Phase 1 at Alchemy Park. The full site is 13 acres with Unit 1 being 86,000 Sq/Ft Unit. Units 2 & 3 range from 70,000 to 170,000 Sq/Ft to complete the development.
Phase 2 is under construction comprising new speculative buildings of 95,000 sq ft (8,826 sq m)) and 78,000 sq (7,246 sq m). Buildings 7 and 8 are due for practical completion summer 2017.
